	PB Technik AG (PBT) manufactures its material and components at 4 sites:

Substrates for solar application PBT Ukraine, Svitlovodsk / Ukraine

PBT has done considerable investments during the last 10 years into this company. PBT today is a shareholder and owns pullers as well as other equipment for the mechanical processing of Si in this plant. The material produced at this plant is Boron doped Silicon Solar Grade with a diameter of 2 to 6 inches. All Si manufactured in this plant is produced with feedstock and crucibles of Western origin purchased by PBT.

PV Silicon Forschungs- und Produktionsgesellschaft (PVS), Erfurt /Germany

PBT is also shareholder in this company. PBT slices and processes all the Solar grade material at PVS where wire cutting is needed. The main highlights are:     Excellent yields     Wafer thickness down to 200 micron     Size of cross sections up to 300 x 300 mm     Minimum surface damage     High accuracy PVS is working in accordance to ISO 9000. PBT AG with its partner Optico AG have built a plant to process very high precision OEM products like: substrates / windows, epi-ready wafers, carriers, lenses, wave guide, special components like Gyro.
